It's time for a NEW sketch over at Retro Sketches!!

 

For today's sketch I also played along with the current masculine inspiration challenge over at The Challenge.  I created a Nautical card using the Strong Anchor stamp set along with the Nautical Die Set from Verve Stamps.   The papers are from the Ahoy There 6x6 pad by Carta Bella.

The Pink Elephant Challenge #302

I was not only inspired by the colors but also the nautical theme in this weeks inspiration photo.  The papers from Lawn Fawn's Beachside 6x6 pad were perfect.  I also used stamps from the Strong Anchor set from Verve Stamps.

I was inspired by the lace table runner and roses in this weeks inspiration photo.  I used the new Pointelle Cover Up die from Lil' Inker Designs to re-create the delicate lace look.  And of course I had to create some rolled paper roses using the Mini Royal Rose die-namic from My Favorite Things.  The sentiment is from the Mega Mixed Messages set from Papertrey Ink.

It's time for a new challenge over at The Card Concept Challenge.    This weeks theme is "Romance".  I was immediately inspired by the muted colors and all the beautiful flowers.  

I  thought that I would create an Anniversary card using a mix of dies and a sentiment from the In A Big Way stamp set by Reverse Confetti.  This is a great set with a fun mix of sentiments to have in your collection.

Curtain Call Inspiration Challenge - Boho Bright

It's that time again...Curtain Time!!  We are excited to present a new
challenge, Boho Bright.

This week we are challenging you with an Anything Goes Challenge!!  I created a Nautical card featuring the Strong Anchor stamp set from Verve Stamps.  The papers are from the Anchored 6x6 pad from Authentique.  I also used one of this month sketched from Viva la Verve.

For special cards I like to carry the design to the inside.  

This month over at Diva Dare they challenged us to do just that.
