Make It With Me Monday - With Deepest Sympathy

I'm back today with one more card.  It's my take on this weeks Make It With Me Monday with Reverse Confetti over on Periscope.  If you haven't found your way over to Periscope you are missing out....I'm totally addicted.

This week Jen created a card with Faith based stamps.  I didn't have any of the sets she used but I thought that the clean layout was perfect for a Sympathy card.  I used the In a Big Way stamp set and the newly released Leafy Confetti Cut.

 Supplies:
Paper: White CS (Recollections), Crumb Cake CS (SU!), Old Olive CS (SU!); Stamps: In A Big Way (Reverse Confetti); Ink: Rich Cocoa (Memento); Tools: Leafy (Confetti Cut), Distress Tool (Tim Holtz/Ranger), Scor-buddy, Paper Trimmer (Fiskars), Big Shot (Sizzix); Other: Clothes Pin, Twine, ATG Tape, Foam Tape

The Card Concept Challenge #38

Happy Wednesday Everyone!

It's time for a new challenge over at The Card Concept Challenge.  But before I get to this weeks card I wanted to make a couple announcements.  First, the design team will be taking a short summer break after the end of this challenge and will be back in September with a new challenge and a few new design team members.   Second, this will be my last official post as a member of the design team.  I would like to thank Lesley Croghan for inviting me to be part of this talented team this past year!!  I promise to play along when I can so you will still see some creations from me!

Now onto my card...I was inspired by the beautiful Daisies and color combo in this weeks inspiration photo.  I kept the design clean but added texture and lots of layers/dimension.  Here's my Classy & Elegant take.

Supplies:
Paper: White CS (Recollections), Yellow CS (Bazzill), Going Gray (SU!), Velum; Stamps: Salutations (Paper Smooches); Ink: Black (Simon Says Stamps); Tools: Large Stitched Square Stackables (Lawn Fawn), Large Stitched Circle Stackables (Lawn Fawn), Gerber Daisy (Die-Namics), Layered Leaves (Die-Namics), Scor-buddy; Other: Rhinestones, ATG Tape, Foam Tape

Head over to the Card Concept blog for more details on how to play along with tons of inspiration from the design team.  Hope you are inspired and will join us!
