It's time to reveal Day 2 of the Spellbinders 2023 Crafty Advent Calendar! Make sure to join me this month as I reveal all 24 Days and share a project featuring that days surprise.

Behind Door 2 is a beautiful small floral stamp. It measures approximately 2 1/2" wide by 2" tall. For my sample I show that you can take a small stamp and make a huge impact by randomly stamping it to create a full background panel.

Steps to create card:

Take a white panel measuring 3 1/4" x 5" and randomly stamp the floral image. Make sure to stamp off the side for best results. I used an alchol friendly ink and colored with Copic markers.
After coloring the panel add black splatters. I used Black Soot Distress Paint. Make sure to set aside to dry.
Stamp sentiment with embossing ink on large scrap of black card stock and heat emboss with white embossing powder. Cut into a sentiment strip measuring 3 1/4" x 3/4".
Cut pink card base measuring 3 3/4" x 5 1/2" (3 3/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2"). This is slightly smaller than a standard A2 card.
Cut black mat measuring 3 3/8" x 5 1/8.
Assemble card. The card panel is popped up with foam tape on the card base.
For embellishment I added a few clear sequins.

Card Measurements:

Pink Card Base: 3 3/4" x 5 1/2"

Black Mat: 3 3/8" x 5 1/8"

White Panel: 3 1/4" x 5"

Black Sentiment Strip: 3 1/4" x 3/4"

Copic Markers:

Flowers: R85, R81 and Y19, Y13

Leaves: YG17, YG03
