It's time to reveal Day 3 of the Spellbinders 2023 Crafty Advent Calendar! Make sure to join me this month as I reveal all 24 Days and share a project featuring that days surprise.

Behind Door 3 is a beautiful geometric border die. It measures approximately 4 1/8" wide by 11/16" tall. For my sample I show that you can create a faux embossed background with it by cutting out several and attaching to your card panel or card base. Have you ever tried this technique?

Steps to Create Card:

Create White Card Base: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2")
Cut 7 of the Border dies in white card stock.
Evenly attach the white border die cuts directly to card front.
Using the Towering Blooms (DOML-NOV23) cut out the florals using Poppy Red, Pomegranate, Tuscan and Rainforest card stock.
Glimmer a sentiment from the All You Need Sentiments (GOM-NOV23) with Gold Foil (GLF-014).
Arrange florals on card front along with sentiment.
Embellish with clear sequins.

Card Measurements:

White A2 Top Fold Card Base: 4 1/4" X 5 1/2" (4 1/4" X 11", scored at 5 1/2")
