Color Hues Challenge #32

  Happy New Year!!
It's time for a NEW challenge over at the Color Hues Challenge blog! We are challenging you to use Red & Purple!

Here's my take...
 
My card features Kat Scrappiness NEW Stitched Hearts Coverplate and You Complete Me Sentiment w/Shadow die. Both of these items are part of the January 2022 Release

I took the coverplate and ink blended Candied Apple and Wilted Violet Oxide inks. Next I added a quick splitz of water and Perfect Pearls mix to add a bit of sparkle before cutting out a heart window using the Double Stitched Hearts die. I then cut out the sentiment in red card stock and stacked a total of three for some added dimension before attaching it to the vellum shadow layer. Then I filled the shaker window with lots of fun sprinkles and sequins before assembling the card. For embellishment around the heart I added a few pearls.
 
Card Measurements:
White A2 Top Fold Card Base: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2")
Stitched Heart Coverplate Panel:  4 1/4" x 5 1/2"
Stitched Heart Window: 3 1/4"
Acetate: 4 1/8" x 5 1/4"
