My card features the Lots of Love and Forever & Always stamp sets. I love creating my own background papers and had fun randomly stamping the hearts backdrop for this cutie. I used copic markers to color him and added a little sparkle to the small hearts and his sweater with a Spectrum Noir Clear Overlay pen.
