I was inspired by the super cute airplane to create this fun Graduation card featuring the Plane Awesome stamp & coordinating die set by Taylored Expressions.  I love how the red plane pops off the sponged sky background!

The Curtain Call Challenge - Totally Tassel Reminder

There is still time to join us for the Curtain Call Inspiration Challenge: Totally Tassel!  You have until May 25th at 8:00 AM CDT to be inspired and share your project!

 

 

We have a wonderful returning sponsor, Newton's Nook, for the Curtain Call Inspiration: Totally Tassel!  A randomly selected participant in this challenge will receive a $30 gift certificate to use at Newton's Nook while the LEAD will be invited as a Guest Designer in a future challenge!

 

 This week I was inspired by the gold tassel in the inspiration photo and wanted to create a fun way to package a graduation present.  Gift cards and $$ are always a hit.  This small vellum treat bag is the perfect size to tuck a gift card into.  I love how festive it turned out!

Today we're super excited to be bringing you TPE's 200th Challenge!!!  

 

 This weeks Challenge theme is: 

"Graduation"

 

I created this card for my son that will be graduating middle school at the end of the month....seems like yesterday he was just starting school.  I'm totally not ready for him to be in high school next year!!

 

  I found this cool FREE Graduation Subway art {here}.  I just downloaded it and sized it to fit on my mat.  I then created the little diploma by rolling up some copy paper and tying it with some twine.  The background is also embossed to add a little texture.
