Spellbinders NEW October 2024 Arrivals are NOW available and can be found in the store HERE. Today I'm sharing cards featuring the NEW Shaker Domes Collection. This collection contains 5 Dome shapes that coordinate with existing dies in the collection. Each set contains 6 Domes and are raised a 1/4" to create your interactive projects.

For my card today I'm using the NEW Arch Shaker Dome (SCSE-002) along with pieces from the NEW Woodland Tales Collection along with the mushrooms from Autumn Wonder (S6-220) and a sentiment from Must-Have Sentiments (GLP-380) foiled in Gold Foil (GLF-014).

Card Measurements:

White A2 Top Fold Card Base: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2")

Dark Chocolate Embossed A2 Panel: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2"

Kraft Panel: 3 5/8" x4 7/8"

Mushroom Velum Panel: 3 1/2" x 4 3/4"

Arch Dome Window: 2 1/2" x 3 5/8"

Kraft Arch Dome Window Frame: 2 3/4" x 4", 1/8"

Steps to Create Card:

Create White A2 Top Fold Card Base measuring: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2").
Cut Dark Chocolate A2 Panel measuring: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2". Emboss panel with Bark 3D Embossing Folder (E3D-116).
Die Cut Kraft Panel measuring: 3 5/8" x4 7/8" using Precision Layering A2 B (S5-494).
Die Cut Mushroom Velum Panel measuring: 3 1/2" x 4 3/4" using Precision Layering A2 A (S5-487) with Woodland Tales Printed Velum & Foiled Acetate (SCS-359).
Attach Mushroom Velum Panel to Kraft Panel with tiny dots of glue behind the printed images to hide the adhesive. Now die cut Arch measuring: 2 3/8" x 3 3/4" to allow room to insert Arch Dome Window (SCSE-002). Use strong adhesive to attach Dome Window from the back.
Create a Kraft Arch Frame by using two Essential Arches (S5-526) to measure: 2 3/4" x 4", 1/8".
Die Cut Foliage using Woodland Tales Fern (S2-412) and Finley The Fox (S4-1379) with Always Artichoke and True Thyme card stock. Add a little ink highlights with Grasshopper ink.
Die Cut Mushrooms using Autumn Wonder (S6-220) with Red Hot and White card stock. Add ink highlights with Red Velvet and Pebble ink.
Build Scene for your window on the negative Kraft/Vellum Arch piece you have from creating your window.
Foil "Thank You" sentiment using Must-Have Sentiments (GLP-380) with Gold Foil (GLF-14) on White card stock. Die Cut out with coordinating die.
Assemble Card.
Add Satin Gold Sequins (SCS-364) to fill shaker window.
