It's time for us to share the next Hues of Color over at the Color Hues Challenge Blog! The colors that have been chosen for you to create with are Light Blue and Navy for the next two weeks! We can't wait to see how you are inspired!

 

Here's my take...

 

I created a winter themed Thank You card featuring the Snowflake Trio dies and Poly-Glaze Thanks sentiment from Gina K. Designs. 

Card Measurements:

White A2 Top Fold Card Base: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2")

In The Navy Mat: 3 7/8" x 5 1/8" - Master Layout #1

Powder Blue Ink Blended Background Panel: 3 3/4" x 5" - Master Layout #1

Thanks Sentiment: 2 5/8" x 1 3/16" - Thanks and Shadow Die

Snowflakes: 3 7/8" (bottom) and 2 1/4" (top)

Steps to Create Card:

• Create White A2 Top Fold Card Base measuring: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2"). Use Heavy Weight White card stock.
  
• Die Cut mat in In The Navy card stock measuring: 3 7/8" x 5 1/8" using the largest rectangle die in Master Layout #1.
• Die Cut panel in Powder Blue measuring: 3 3/4" x 5" using the smallest rectangle die from Master Layout #1.
• Ink Blend the Powder Blue Panel with Powder Blue, Blue Denim and In the Navy ink. Add splatter with Copic White Ink and Sterling Silver Mist.
• Die Cut 4 Snowflakes with Layering Weight White card stock with the Snowflake Trio die set.
• Foil 1 sheet of Poly-Glaze Thanks with Sparkling Silver Fancy Foil. Die cut with the Shadow die from the Thanks and Shadow die set. 
• Assemble Card.
• Embellish with blue pearls.
