Color Hues Challenge #47 | Thank You

PRODUCT LINKS BELOW CONTAIN COMPENSATED AFFILIATE LINKS AT NO COST TO YOU

It's time for a new challenge over on the Color Hues Challenge Blog! We are challenging you to use Chocolate & Mint!

Here's my take...

I created a very CAS (clean & Simple) Thank You card featuring a little texture and ink blending. I used Gina K. Designs NEW Bold Bloom Incentive set (free with any $75 order) and a sentiment from the Succulent Spray stamp set. For embellishment I added a few chocolate pearls.

Card Measurements:
White A2 Top Fold Card Base: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2")
Applemint Panel (Embossed): 4 1/4" X 5 1/2"
Chocolate Mat: 3 3/4" x 5" - Master Layouts 1 (Smallest)
White Panel: 3 5/8" x 4 7/8" - Master Layouts 2 (Largest)

**To create frame on white panel, I used four 1/2" strips of Masking Magic to frame panel. Ink blend and remove before stamping image.

  2. Sheri, I love the card and colors! I see where you used Masking Magic. Could you please include the dimensions of that to make the Applemint panel with ink? Thank you so much.

    1. Hi Susan! I took the White Panel: 3 5/8" x 4 7/8" - Master Layouts 2 (Largest) as listed and 4 1/2" strips of Masking Magic to create the frame before ink blending the Applemint ink. I then remove the strips and with then stamp the image with my Misti as I had to stamp more than once. Hope that helps!
