To create my cards I pulled out a few of my favorite previously released Lisa Horton dies long with some paper scraps to create 4 cards. Hope they get you inspired!

 

Card #1 - Hello

Card #2 - Sending Good Wishes

White Card Base: 5 1/2" x 4 1/4" (5 1/2" x 8 1/2", scored at 4 1/2")

Aqua Polka Dot Pattern Paper: 5 1/2" x 4 1/4"

White Embossed Panel: 4 3/4" x 3"

Turquoise Sea Strip: 5 1/2" x 1 7/8"

Aqua Stripe Pattern Paper Strip: 5 1/2" x 1 3/4"

White Scallop Border: 5 1/2" x 7/8"

Turquoise Sea Circle: 2 3/8"

Vellum Circle:2 1/4"

Turquoise Sea Sentiment Strip: 2 1/4" x 1/4"

Smile Sentiment: 2 3/4" x 1 5/8"

Steps to Create Card:

• Create White A2 Card Base measuring: 5 1/2" x 4 1/4" (5 1/2" x 8 1/2", scored at 4 1/2").
• Cut A2 Panel of Aqua Polka Dot Pattern Paper measuring: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (from stash).
• Cut White Panel measuring: 4 3/4" x 3".  Emboss with Leafy Embossing Folder (E3D-030). Round upper left corner using 1-2 Punch: Corner Rounder & Notch (T-059).
• Cut Turquoise Sea Card Stock Strip measuring: 5 1/2" x 1 7/8".
• Cut Aqua Stripe Pattern Paper Strip measuring: 5 1/2" x 1 3/4" (from stash).
• Die Cut White Scallop Border measuring: 5 1/2" x 7/8" using Basic Borders (S6-206).
• Die Cut Turquoise Sea Circle measuring: 2 3/8" using Everlasting Circles (S4-1280).
• Die Cut Vellum Circle measuring: 2 1/4" sing Everlasting Circles (S4-1280).
• Die Cut Floral Elements using Layered Anemone (S2-401) and Sprinkle & Grow (S4-1351) with White and Turquoise Sea card stock. 
• Die Cut "SMILE" sentiment using You Make Me Smile Sentiments (SDS-192) with Turquoise Sea, White and Vellum.
• Stamp & Emboss "It's Your Birthday" sentiment using You Make Me Smile Sentiments (SDS-192) with Turquoise Sea card stock and White Embossing Powder.
• Assemble Card.
• Embellish with Twine, Diamond Stickles and Capri Blue Essential Gems (SCS-338).

Grass Green Strips:  Two 1/8" x4 1/8"

Green & White Stripe Pattern Paper Strip: 4" x 2"

White Woven Lattice Piece: 3" x 4 1/4"

Hello Sentiment: 2 3/4" x 1 5/8"

 

Steps to Create Card:

• Create White A2 Top Fold Card Base Measuring: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2").
• Die Cut Grass Green Panel measuring: 4" x 5 1/4" using Precision Layering A2.
• Die Cut White Panel measuring: 3 3/4" x 5" using Precision Layering A2.
• Cut 2 Grass Green Strips measuring: 1/8" x4 1/8".
• Cut Green & White Stripe Pattern Paper measuring: 4" x 2" using Bayfair 6x6 Paper Pack (168476).
• Die Cut White Woven Lattice piece using Woven Lattice (S4-1344).
• Die Cut 3 Flowers and leaves using Layered Anemone (S2-401) with White, Dandelion and Grass Green card stock.
• Die Cut "Hello Sentiment" using A Little Hello Sentiments (SDS-191) with Grass Green, White and Vellum card stock.
• Assemble card.
• Embellish with Spring Leaves Pearl Mix and flower centers with Diamond Stickles.

Steps to Create Card:

• Create White Square Card Base measuring: 4 1/2" x 4 1/2" (4 1/2" x 9", scored at 4 1/2").
• Die Cut White Postage Panel measuring: 4" x 4" using Postage Edge Squares (S5-538).
• Die Cut Royal Amethyst Square Panel measuring: 3 3/4" x 3 3/4" using Everlasting Squares (S4-1281).
• Die Cut White Perforated Panel measuring: 3 1/2" x 3 1/2" using Postage Edge Squares (S5-538).
• Die Cut Lattice Window on White Panel measuring: 2 3/4" using Stitched Edge Circle Backgrounds (SS5-634).
• Die Cut florals using Layered Iris (S3-509) and Little Blooms (S2-380) with Purple Mist, Royal Amethyst, Chamomile and Rainforest card stock. 
• Die Cut "Smile" sentiment using You Make Me Smile Sentiments (SDS-192) using Purple Mist, Royal Amethyst and Vellum.
• Assemble card.
• Embellish with 6MM Sparkling Clear Sequins and flower centers with Diamond Stickles.

White A2 Top Fold Card Base: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2")

White Embossed Panel: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2"

White Stitched Edge Circle: 3 3/8"

Whisper Zig Zag Circle: 3"

Whisper Sentiment Strip: 2 5/8" x 1"

 

Steps to Create Card:

• Create White A2 Top Fold Card Base measuring: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2").
• Cut White A2 Panel measuring: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2". Emboss with Tiny Dots Embossing Folder (SES-051). 
• Die Cut White Stitched Circle using Stitched Edge Circle Background (S5-634).
• Die Cut Whisper Zig Zag Circle using Stitched Edge Circle Background (S5-634).
• Die Cut White flowers using Layered Anemone (S2-401). Ink blend flower petals with Blue Denim and flower centers with Wild Dandelion and Prickly Pear ink 
• Foil "Your Friendship Means the World" sentiment from New Beginnings Timeless Sentiments (BP-186) with Cobalt Blue Foil (GLF-020). Trim sentiment to a strip measuring: 2 5/8" x 1".
• Assemble card.
• Embellish with White Cord (SCS-259) and Yellow Enamel Dots.
