The Pink Elephant Challenge #132

This week is an
Inspiration Challenge!!

You just need to create a card or project taking inspiration from the photo. You can use the colors, theme, a single element, etc. from the picture.

This week I used Ladybug Hearts Tilda with my new Square Heart nesties that I got for Christmas. Do you notice anything? I cut it apart to create a rectangle shape to fit the image. Kinda cool to be able to get two completely different shapes from one set of nesties!!

Recipe:
Paper: Red Bazzill CS, Grey Bazzill CS, Classic Crest Solar White CS; Stamps: Ladybug Hearts Tilda (Magnolia); Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black, Copics; Tools: Dots Embossing Folder, Paper Piercer, Classic Rectangle Nestie (Spellbinders), Square Hearts Nestie (Spellbinders), Small Tilda Swirl Die (Poppy Stamps), Prima Donna Petals (Die-Namics/MFT); Other: Rhinestones, Satin Ribbon, Foam Tape

Make sure to stop by The Pink Elephant Blog to see what Ella's Girls have been up to this week!!

The Pink Elephant Challenge #31

Hello Everyone!! Happy Labor Day to all my US Friends!! It is so nice to have an extra long weekend especially after school started for DS a few weeks ago and we are still adjusting.

Well It's Monday and you all know what that means...another Challenge over at The Pink Elephant!! This week is a color challenge using Black, Red, Yellow & White.

Whenever it comes to color challenges I tend to struggle with them especially when they are colors that I normally don't use or combine with one another. I used Red & yellow as my main colors today. The image is Tilda with Tag by Magnolia. I just love these sweet images. She is colored with Copics and cut out with circle nesties. I used my Zig Zag border punch which is not one that I normally reach for but liked with the layout. All the layers are raised with foam tape for extra depth and I added red pearls and a button for my embellishments.

Make sure to head over to The Pink Elephant to see all the fabulous cards that my fellow design team members have created for this week. We hope that you will be inspired and play along with us!! Have a fabulous Monday!! :D

Hello Everyone!

It is Sweet Sketch Wednesday!!! We have such a fun sketch to work with this week. I used a Magnolia stamp called Loving Tilda that I have been dying to get inked up. The image is colored with copics and was cut out using petite oval nesties. The rim of the oval has been pierced, the background is embossed with the Swiss Dots embossing folder, and is embellished with wide grosgrain ribbon, pearls, and a button.

We would love for you to play along with us and can't wait to see what you create. Please stop by Sweet Sketch Wednesday and see what my fellow DT members have created HERE. Thanks for stopping in and have a fabulous Wednesday! :D
