Hero Arts | Hero Studio August 2025 Card Kit of the Month

I created two Spooky/Fun cards featuring the kit!

Card #1 - Happy Halloween

Featuring: Abraham and Katrina Stamp & Die Set, Victorian Die Set & Haunted Gallery Die of the Month

Card Measurements:

Faded Brick A2 Top Fold Card Base: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2")

Faded Brick Panel: 3 3/4" x 5"

Faded Brick/Black Frame: 2" x 2 1/2"

Black Sentiment Die Cut: 2 5/16" x 1/2"

The background panel was created with a panel of Faded Brick card stock from my stash and I ink blended with a combination of Faded Brick, Charcoal Brown and Black ink. I also added a little splatter using Spellbinders Raven Splatter Effects.

Card #2 - Happy Haunting

Featuring: Abraham and Katrina Stamp & Die Set, Victorian Die Set & Haunted Gallery Die of the Month

Card Measurements:

Fresh Asparagus A2 Top Fold Card Base: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2")

Fresh Asparagus Panel: 3 3/4" x 5"

Black Glitter Metallic Frames: 2" x 2 1/2"

White/Black Skull: 9/16" x 11/16"

Black Sentiment Die Cut: 2 1/4" x 1/2"

The background panel was created with a panel of Fresh Asparagus card stock from my stash and I ink blended with a combination of Fresh Asparagus and Black ink. I also added a little splatter using Spellbinders Raven Splatter Effects

I created two FUN cards featuring the kit!

Card #1 - You Go Girl

Featuring: Let's Go Die Set & On the Road HeroScape Stamp & Die Set

Card Measurements:

White A2 Top Fold Card Base: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2")

Yellow Pattern Paper A2 Panel: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2"

White Sentiment Die Cut: 1 3/4" x 3/8"

Steps to Create Card:

Create White A2 Top Fold Card Base measuring: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2").
Cut Yellow Pattern Paper A2 Panel measuring: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2".
Die Cut elements using Let's Go Die Set using White, Kraft, Beeswax, Chamomile, and Barely Peach card stock.
Stamp "You Go Girl" sentiment using On the Road HeroScape Stamp & Die Set with Black ink on White card stock. Die Cut out with coordinating die.
Assemble card.
Embellish with White Cord and use Corner Rounder on both bottom corners.

Card #2 - Just Keep Going

Featuring: Let's Go Die Set & On the Road HeroScape Stamp & Die Set

Card Measurements:

White A2 Top Fold Card Base: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2")

Beeswax Panel: 4" x 5 1/4"

White Panel: 3 3/4" x 4 15/16"

Yellow Pattern Paper Strip: 3 3/4" x 1 1/4"

White Sentiment Die Cut: 2 1/2" x 1/2"

Steps to Create Card:

Create White A2 Top Fold Card Base measuring: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2").
Cut Beeswax Panel measuring: 4" x 5 1/4".
Cut White Panel measuring: 3 3/4" x 4 15/16".
Cut Yellow Pattern Paper Strip measuring: 3 3/4" x 1 1/4".
Die Cut elements using Let's Go Die Set using White, Kraft, Beeswax, Chamomile, and Barely Peach card stock.
Die Cut Heart measuring: 1 7/8" using Beeswax card stock.
Die Cut Heart measuring: 3/8" using Beeswax card stock.
Stamp "Just Keep Going" sentiment using On the Road HeroScape Stamp & Die Set with Black ink on White card stock. Die Cut out with coordinating die.
Assemble card.
Embellish with Glaze 'N Glue on small heart on coffee.

Today I have 2 cards to share using the NEW Coastal Vibes Card Kit of the Month.

Card #1 - Sun, Sand, Surf

Card Measurements:

White A2 Top Fold Card Base: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2")

White Panel: 3 7/8" x 5 1/8"

Shoreline: Kraft 3 7/8" x 1 7/8", Vellum3 7/8" x 2" & Waterfall 3 7/8" x 2"

Copic Markers Used:

BG10, BG11, BG13

E31, E33, E34, E35 E37 & E84, E87

W3, W4, W6, W7

Steps to Create Card:

Create White A2 Top Fold Card Base measuring 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2").

Cut White Panel measuring: 3 7/8" x 5 1/8". Use Corner Rounder to round upper left corner. Create Shoreline Panel by building up from bottom panel by tearing each layer: Kraft 3 7/8" x 1 7/8", Vellum 3 7/8" x 2" & Waterfall 3 7/8" x 2" card stock.

Stamp Bicycle and accessories using the June 2025 Stamp Set from the June 2025 Card Kit. Color images with Copic Markers and die cut out with coordinating dies. Stamp "Sun, Sand, Surf" sentiment using June 2025 Stamp Set from the June 2025 Card Kit with Black ink directly onto the White panel.

Assemble card.

Embellish with starfish embellishments (from stash) and White Gel Pen a Glaze 'N Glue (sunglasses).

Card #2 - Hey There

Card Measurements:

White A2 Top Fold Card Base: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x11", scored at 5 1/2")

White Panel: 3 7/8" x 5 1/8"

Sand: 3 7/8" x 2 1/4" (back) & 3 7/8" x 1 7/8"
White Sentiment Strip: 1 5/16" x 1/4"

Steps to Create Card:

Create White A2 Top Fold Card Base Measuring: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x11", scored at 5 1/2").
Cut White Panel measuring: 3 7/8" x 5 1/8".
Create sand by cutting two strips of Portobello card stock and tearing them to create texture and layer them. Finished pieces should measure: 3 7/8" x 2 1/4" (back) & 3 7/8" x 1 7/8". Add ink blending with dark brown ink. Round upper left and bottom right corners with Corner Rounder.
Die Cut elements from the June 2025 Fancy Die Set using card stock. Add ink blending highlights.
Stamp "Hey There" sentiment using Hiya Friend Stamp & Cut June 2025 Bonus with Black ink on White card stock. Cut into strip using coordinating die.
Assemble card.
Embellish with starfish embellishments (from stash) and White Gel Pen.
