I created a FUN Halloween theme Mini Slimline Shaker card featuring a bunch of goodies from Kat Scrappiness. The card design was built around the spooky cut Cat die from the Toil & Trouble stamp and die set. 

 

 Steps to Create Card:

• Cut White Mini Slimline Card Base: 3 1/2" x 6" (7" x 6", scored at 3 1/2" on 7" side).
• Cut black panel using the largest die in the Zig Zag Mini Slimline die set. 
• Cut a piece of pattern paper from the Boo To You paper pack measuring 2 5/8" x 5 1/8".
• Cut Black Frame: 1 7/8" x 3 3/8", 1/8" wide using the Never Ending Mini Slimline die set.  
• Cut window in pattern paper panel: 1 1/2" x 4 1/8" using the Never Ending Mini Slimline die set. 
• Cut Acetate to slightly smaller than the pattern paper panel (2 5/8" x 5 1/8").   
• Cut out Tree, Moon, Bats & Tombstone from the Crafter's Esentials Halloween die set. 
• Cut the Cat from the Toil & Trouble stamp & die set out in black glitter card stock. For embellishment I added Black Obsidian Jewels for eyes.
  
• Stamp and Emboss a sentiment from the Toil & Trouble stamp set with white embossing powder on a piece of black card stock. Then use the Boxed Sentiments Strips die to cut out.
  
• Create shaker well. For the bottom of the well I used I lightly ink blended Crushed Olive and Black Soot Distress Oxide ink. Then I filled the well with All 'Hallows Eve Sequin Mix (just happens to have black cats in the mix!)
• Assemble card.

 

Card Measurements:

White Mini Slimline Card Base: 3 1/2" x 6" (7" x 6", scored at 3 1/2" on 7" side)

Black Zig Zag Panel: 3 1/8" x 5 5/8"

Pattern Paper Panel: 2 5/8" x5 1/8"

Black Window Fame: 1 7/8" x 3 3/8", 1/8" wide

Shaker Window: 9/16" x 4 1/16"

Sentiment Strip: 3/4" x 3/8"
