A NEW month means NEW CLUB KITS over at Spellbinders! August 2026 Clubs theme is called Crafty Boo Crew and they are packed with cute Halloween characters, playful dies, festive embossing folders, and boo-tiful inspiration for every crafter!

 

Today I'm sharing the NEW August 2026 Stencil of the Month Club Kit. If you are not already a subscriber of the Stencil of the Month Club, the registration window will open on the 6th and can be found HERE.

 

The NEW Stencil of the Month is called, Peek-A-Boo (SOM-AUG26). This kit contains 5 Layering Stencils to create a background filled with Jack-O'-Lanterns, Ghosts and Bats. Just by changing up the colors, you can create different looks with the same stencil set. 

 

For my card today I used a classic Halloween color combo (Purple, Orange, Green & Black) to create a Infinity Shaker (also known as a Edge to Edge shaker) card featuring the Peek-A-Boo Stencil of the Month (SOM-AUG26), the Ghost from the Boo Mobile Large Die of the Month (CDOM-AUG26) and a sentiment from the Trick or Snark Clear Stamp & Die of the Month (CDOM-AUG26).

 

Card Measurements:

White A2 Top Fold Card Base: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2")

Black Mat: 4" x 5 1/4"

White Stenciled Panel: 3 7/8" x 5 1/8"

Shaker Recycled Packaging: 4 1/2" x 5 1/2"

White Ghost: 1" x 1 3/4"

Black Sentiment Die Cut: 1 7/16" x 1"

 

*To create an Infinity Shaker/Edge to Edge Shaker you create a background panel and then on the back of the panel put strong adhesive tape around all four sides close to the edge. Take the recycled packaging (from stamps/dies) and wrap it around the panel and use strong adhesive tape to close three sides so you can add shaker filling before sealing the last end. You can create these for any size card by having enough packaging to wrap around the desired sized panel. This type of shaker doesn't require foam tape and is mail friendly.
