It's time for us to share the next Hues of Color over at the Color Hues Challenge Blog! The colors that have been chosen for you to create with are Teal and Silver for the next two weeks! We can't wait to see how you are inspired!
This color combo made me think of snowflakes and I thought it would make a fun backdrop for a New Years card. I started off with a piece of Sea Glass card stock and ink blended with both Sea Glass and Tranquil Teal ink before embossing the panel with Spellbinders Flurry of Snowflakes 3D Embossing Folder (E3D-042). I then added Pearl Silver splatters with Watercolor Mixing Set (WC-001) before adding Layering Snowflakes (S5-651) with a sentiment from Mistletoe Greetings Press Plate & Die foiled with Matte Silver Foil (GLF-028). For finishing touches I added Silver Mix Color Essential Gems (SCS-130) for a bit of sparkle.
