Today I'm sharing a card featuring Spellbinders NEW Deckside Dreams (S4-1447) from the newly released La Dolce Vita Collection.

I thought it would be fun to create a fun patriotic themed card using a Red, White & Blue color combo featuring pattern papers from the Stars And Stripes Forever 6x6 Paper Pad by Echo Park.

Card Measurements:

White A2 Top Fold Card Base: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2")

Plaid Pattern Paper A2 Panel: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (2" is shown)

Red Strip: 1 1/8" x 3/16" (left) & 1 1/8" x 3/16" (right)

Blue Star Pattern Paper: 4 1/4" x 2 1/4" (2" is shown)

Light Blue Pattern Paper: 4 1/4" x 1 1/2"

Ship: 2 7/8" x 4 5/8"

Indigo Glimmered Sentiment Strip: 1 15/16" x 1/4"

Steps to Create Card:

Create White A2 Top Fold Card Base measuring: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2").
Cut Pattern Paper Panels using Stars And Stripes Forever 6x6 Paper Pad by Echo Park. (Plaid Pattern Paper A2 Panel: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2", 2 Red Strips: 1 1/8" x 3/16", Blue Star Pattern Paper: 4 1/4" x 2 1/4" (2" is shown) and Light Blue Pattern Paper: 4 1/4" x 1 1/2".
Die Cut Ship using Deckside Dreams (S4-1447) using White, Indigo card stock and Stars And Stripes Forever 6x6 Paper Pad by Echo Park. Assemble.
Die Cut Anchor using Coastal Escape Window (S6-232) with Silver Mirror card stock.
Glimmer Hot Foil "Happy Birthday" sentiment using Always and Forever Sentiment Strips on Indigo card stock with Silver Foil (GLF-003). Die cut with coordinating die and trim to measure: 1 15/16" x 1/4".
Die Cut Stars using Frame & Sentiments (S4-1470) with Indigo card stock and Red Pattern Paper from Stars And Stripes Forever 6x6 Paper Pad by Echo Park.
Assemble card.
Embellish with Silver Color Essential Gems (SCS-130).
