My card features the Up, Up and Away (RSC-055). I paired this cutie with some pattern paper scraps. I stamped the image with alchol friendly ink and used Copic Markers to color.

Card Measurements:

White A2 Top Fold Card Base: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2")

Candle Pattern Paper A2 Panel: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2"

Kraft Strip: 4 1/4" x 2 1/8"

Star Pattern Paper Strip: 4 1/4" x 2"

Kraft Rectangle: 2 7/8" x 4 1/8"

White Stamped Rectangle: 2 3/4" x 4"

Black Sentiment Strip: 3 3/4" x 1/2"

Copic Markers Used:

Mouse Skin: E50, E51, E93

Mouse Fur: T2, T3

Balloons:

Red: R24, R27

Aqua: BG10, BG11, BG13

Yellow: Y15, Y17

Green: YG93, YG95

Steps to Create Card:

Create White A2 Top Fold Card Base measuring: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2").
Die Cut Candle Pattern Paper A2 Panel measuring: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" using Precision Layering A2 A (S5-487). Pattern Paper is from MFT Party Time 6x6 Pad (retired).
Cut Kraft Strip measuring: 4 1/4" x 2 1/8".
Cut Star Pattern Paper Strip measuring: 4 1/4" x 2". Pattern Paper is from MFT Party Time 6x6 Pad (retired).
Die Cut Kraft Rectangle measuring: 2 7/8" x 4 1/8" using Precision Layering A2 B (S5-494).
Stamp Up, Up and Away (RSC-055) image onto an A2 panel measuring: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" using Alcohol Friendly ink. Color image with Copic Markers. Die Cut colored image to measure 2 3/4" x 4" using Precision Layering A2 A (S5-487).
Stamp and Heat Emboss "Up, Up, and Away - Happy Birthday!" sentiment using Up, Up and Away (RSC-055) onto Black card stock with White Embossing Powder. Cut into a sentiment strip measuring: 3 3/4" x 1/2".
Assemble card.
Embellish with Glaze 'n Glue (Balloons) and Crystal Stars.
