It's time for us to share the next Hues of Color over at the Color Hues Challenge Blog! The colors that have been chosen for you to create with are Coral and Yellow for the next two weeks! We can't wait to see how you are inspired!
My card features Spellbinders NEW Luxe Damask BetterPress of the Month (BPOM-FEB25) and I paired it with Gina K. Designs NEW Butterscotch and Sunkissed Coral inks that were perfect for this weeks colors.
Card Measurements:
White A2 Top Fold Card Base: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2")
Butterscotch Panel: 4" x 5 1/4"
Porcelain BetterPress Cotton Panel: 3 3/4" x 5"
Thank You Sentiment: 2 3/8" x 3/4"
Steps to Create Card:
- Create White A2 White Top Fold Card Base measuring: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2").
- Cut Butterscotch Panel measuring: 4" x 5 1/4".
- Cut Porcelain BetterPress Cotton A2 Panel measuring: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2". Use BetterPress System using Luxe Damask BetterPress of the Month (BPOM-FEB25) with Registration Template, Butterscotch ink, and Sunkissed Coral ink to create your background panel. Trim panel to measure: 3 3/4" x 5".
- Use BetterPress System to letterpress "Thank You" sentiment using Luxe Damask BetterPress of the Month (BPOM-FEB25) with BetterPress Black (BPI-003) on Porcelain BetterPress Cotton and die cut with coordinating die.
- Assemble card.
- Embellish with Aura AB Color Essential Gems (SCS-168).
