White Embossed A2 Panel: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2"

Vellum Rectangle: 4 3/8" x 3 1/8"

White Postage Edge Rectangle: 4 1/8" x 2 7/8"

Dusty Rose Rectangle: 3 5/8" x 2 3/8"

White Pierced Rectangle: 3 1/2" x 2 1/4"

Dusty Rose Hello Banner: 1 1/2" x 1/4"

Steps to Create Card:

Create White A2 Card Base measuring: 5 1/2" x 4 1/4" (5 1/2" x 8 1/2", scored at 4 1/4").
Cut White A2 Rectangle measuring: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2". Emboss panel using Puff Dotty 3D Embossing Folder (E3D-036).
Cut Vellum Rectangle measuring: 4 3/8" x 3 1/8"
Die Cut White Postage Rectangle measuring: 4 1/8" x 2 7/8" using Postage Edge Rectangles (S5-540).
Cut Dusty Rose Rectangle measuring: 3 5/8" x 2 3/8".
Cut White A2 Panel measuring: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2". Use Floral Layering Stencil (STN-086 W7) with Innocent Pink, Bubblegum Pink, Dusty Rose, Jelly Bean Green and Fresh Asparagus ink. Die Cut Floral image out with Pierced Rectangle measuring: 3 1/2" x 2 1/4" using Postage Edge Rectangles (S5-540).
Die Cut "Hello" sentiment Banner using Hot Air Balloon (S2-389 W1).
Assemble card.
Embellish with White Gel Pen, Diamond Stickles (flower center) and Crystal Mix Color Essential Gems (SCS-128).
