The NEW Small Die of the Month is called, Birthday Bliss (DOM-NOV24). For today's card I paired it with the NEW Rosette Burst 3D Embossing Folder of the Month (3EOM-NOV24).

Card Measurements:

White A2 Top Fold Card Base: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2")

White Embossed/Ink Blended Panel: 3 3/4" x 5"

White Sentiment Banner: 3" x 1/4"

Steps to Create Card:

Create White A2 Top Fold Card Base measuring: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2").
Cut White A2 Panel measuring: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2". Ink Blend panel with Bubblegum Pink, Sweet Mango, Sweet Corn, Jelly Bean Green, Sea Glass and Wild Lilac ink to create a rainbow.
Emboss Ink Blended Panel using Rosette Burst 3D Embossing Folder of the Month (3EOM-NOV24). Trim panel to measure: 3 3/4" x 5". Add White Paint Splatters and set aside to dry.
Die Cut Sock Monkey and "Birthday Bliss" sentiment using Birthday Bliss (DOM-NOV24) with White, Dune, Latte and Timber card stock.
Die Cut Balloons using Birthday Bliss (DOM-NOV24) with White, Sweet Mango, Bubblegum Pink and Jelly Bean Green card stock.
Assemble card.
Embellish with Crystal Stars.
