The NEW 3D Embossing Folder of the Month is called, Rosette Burst (3EOM-NOV24). For my card I created a "Sweet 16" Birthday card by incorporating the NEW Bold Color Mix Numbers BetterPress Plates & Die Bundle (BD-0911).

Card Measurements:

White A2 Top Fold Card Base: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2")

Dusty Rose Embossed/Ink blended Panel: 3 7/8" x 5 1/8"

16: 1 (1 1/4" x 2 1/4") and 6 (1 7/8" x 2 5/16")

Passionate Pink Foiled Sentiment Strip: 3 1/8" x 5/16"

Steps to Create Card:

Create White A2 Top Fold Card Base measuring: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2")
Cut Dusty Rose Panel measuring: 3 7/8" x 5 1/8". Ink blend panel with Dusty Rose and Passionate Pink ink to create a Ombre panel. Next emboss panel with Rosette Burst 3D Embossing Folder (3EOM-NOV24). Add White Paint Splatter and set aside to dry.
Die Cut 3 White "1" and "6" using Bold Colormix Numbers BetterPress Plates and Die (BD-0911). Stack and glue together.
Foil "Happy Birthday" sentiment using Bold Colormix Numbers BetterPress Plates and Die (BD-0911) with Opaque White Foil (GLF-049).
Assemble card.
Embellish with Sparkling Clear Sequins.
