My card features the Let's Celebrate stamp & die bundle. I paired it with festive pattern paper from my stash and used Copic Markers to color the images.

Balloon Pattern Paper Stitched Panel: 3 1/16" x 4 5/16"

White Stitched Rectangle (sentiment): 2 3/16" x 15/16"

Steps to Create Card:

Create White A2 Top Fold Card Base Measuring: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2").
Die Cut Sea Glass Scalloped Stitched Rectangle measuring: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" using Stitched Rectangle Die Set.
Cut Polka Dot Pattern Paper Panel measuring: 3 3/4" x 5". Paper is from MFT Party Time 6x6 (Retired) pad.
Cut Sea Glass Mat measuring: 3 3/16" x 4 7/16".
Die Cut Balloon Pattern Paper Stitched Panel measuring: 3 1/16" x 4 5/16". Paper is from MFT Party Time 6x6 (Retired) pad.
Die Cut White Circle measuring: 2 1/4" using Circles Die Set.
Stamp images using Let's Celebrate stamp & die bundle with Black ink on White card stock. Color with Copic Markers (markers used are listed above). Die Cut images out with coordinating dies or fussy cut out.
Stamp "Happy Birthday" sentiment using Let's Celebrate stamp & die bundle with Black ink on White card stock. Die cut out using Stitched Rectangle Die Set.
Assemble card.
Embellish with Crystal Stars.
