A NEW month means NEW CLUB KITS over at Spellbinders! Today I'm sharing the NEW October 2024 Embossing Folder and 3D Embossing Folder of the Month Club Kits. Registration is now open and can be found HERE.

The NEW 2D Embossing Folder of the month is called, Checkered Argyle (EOM-OCT24). For my card sample I paired it with the new Festive Friends Die of the Month (DOM-OCT24) and a sentiment from the Cozy Toes Slippers (DOML-OCT24).

Card Measurements:

White A2 Top Fold Card Base: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2")

White Embossed Panel: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2"

Bear: 3" x 3 3/8"

Portobello Sentiment Banner: 3 3/8" x 5/16"

Steps to Create Card:

Create White A2 Top Fold Card Base measuring: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2").
Cut White A2 Panel measuring: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2". Emboss panel with Checkered Argyle (EOM-OCT24). Use Corner Rounder (T-059) to round top 2 Corners.
Die Cut Bear using Festive Friends Die of the Month (DOM-OCT24) using White, Portobello, Latte, Red Hot, Black Onyx and Handmade Holidays 6x6.
Die Cut " Warm & Cozy Wishes" using Cozy Toes Slippers (DOML-OCT24) with Portobello card stock.
Assemble card.
Embellish with Red & White Twine and Glaze 'N Glue (SCS-143) on the light bulbs.

The NEW 3D Embossing Folder of the month is called Joyful Candy Canes (3EOM-OCT24). For my card sample I paired it with a large Merry Christmas sentiment from the Festive Lights Glimmer Hot Foil of the Month (GOM-OCT24) and a sub sentiment from the Design A Paid BetterPress of the Month (BPOM-OCT24) foiled with Speckled Aura Foil (GLF-037).

Card Measurements:

White A2 Top Fold Card Base: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2")

Red Hot Embossed A2 Panel: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2"

Red Hot Foiled Merry Christmas Sentiment: 3 1/2" x 1"

Red Hot Sentiment Banner: 3 1/8" x 1/4"

Steps to Create Card:

Create White A2 Top Fold Card Base measuring: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2").
Cut Red Hot A2 Panel measuring: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2". Ink blend panel with Red Hot and Charcoal Brown ink. Emboss panel with Joyful Candy Canes (3EOM-OCT24). Add White and Gold paint splatters.
Foil "Merry Christmas" sentiment using Festive Lights Glimmer Hot Foil of the Month (GOM-OCT24) with Speckled Aura Foil (GLF-037) and Red Hot card stock. Die cut with coordinating die. Die cut 2 extra die cuts to stack.
Foil "Making Spirits Bright" sentiment using Design A Paid BetterPress of the Month (BPOM-OCT24) foiled with Speckled Aura Foil (GLF-037) and Red Hot card stock. Die cut with coordinating die. Die cut 2 extra die cuts to stack.
Assemble card.
Embellish with Gold Metallic Thread and Gold Glitter Drops.
