Color Hues Color Challenge #93 | Spooky Fun

It's time for us to share the next Hues of Color over at the Color Hues Challenge Blog! The colors that have been chosen for you to create with are Orange and Yellow for the next two weeks! We can't wait to see how you are inspired!
 
My card features the Spooky Dancin' Grim (S3-491), Spiderweb Background (BP-080) and a sentiment from the All Seasons Autumn Sentiments (BP-171).

Card Measurements:
White A2 Top Fold Card Base: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2")
White Watercolor Paper: 3 7/8" x 5 1/8"
Grim: 2" x 3 1/4" (approx)
Black Foiled Sentiment: 2 1/16" x 3/4"

Steps to Create Card:
  • Create White A2 Top Fold Card Base measuring: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2").
  • Cut White Watercolor A2 Panel measuring: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" and ink blend from the bottom: Carved Pumpkin, Spiced Marmalade and Fossilized Amber Distress Oxide ink. Add Black Paint Splatters using Black Soot Distress Paint.
  • Take Ink Blended Panel and Foil Spiderweb using Spider Web Backgrounds (BP-080) with Black Foil. Trim panel to measure: 3 7/8" x 5 1/8".
  • Die Cut Grim using Dancin' Grim (S3-491) with Black, White and Mirror Silver card stock. 
  • Die Cut Black Bats using Halloween Wreath Add-On (S5-601).
  • Foil "Spooky Fun" sentiment using All Seasons Autumn Sentiments (BP-171) using Black card stock and Opaque White Foil.
  • Assemble card.
  • Embellish Grim's Eyes with Orange Jewels.

  3. Sheri I can't tell you enough how awesome this card is. I have drank up every detail and I quite possibly be going to shop at SB again even though i have burned through my summer stamping budget already! You did such an amazing job with my colours, bravo!
