Here are two cards I created with the NEW Mylar Balloons (S4-1349), Plaster 3D Embossing Folder (E3D-103) and Birthday Sentiments (GLP-437) foiled with Skybright Foil (GLF-015).

Card #1- May All Your Wishes Come True

Card Measurements:

White A2 Top Fold Card Base: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2")

Crumb Cake Panel: 3 3/4" x 5"

Jelly Bean Green Embossed Panel: 3 3/8" x 4 5/8"

Vellum Circle: 3"

White Circle: 2 5/8"

Balloons: 1 3/4" x 1 7/8"

Foiled Sentiment: 3 5/8" x 7/8"

Steps to Create Card:

Create White A2 Top Fold Card Base measuring: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2").
Cut Crumb Cake Panel measuring: 3 3/4" x 5".
Cut Jelly Bean Green Panel measuring: 3 3/8" x 4 5/8". Emboss panel using Plaster 3D Embossing Folder (E3D-103).
Die Cut Vellum Circle measuring: 3" using Everlasting Circles (S4-1280).
Die Cut White Circle measuring: 2 5/8" using Everlasting Circles (S4-1280).
Die Cut 3 Balloons using Mylar Balloons (S4-1349) with Sweet Corn, Sweet Mango and Ocean Mist card stock. Add ink blending to solid balloons with Sweet Mango, Sweet Corn and Ocean Mist ink.
Glimmer "May all Your Wishes Come True" using Birthday Sentiments (GLP-437) foiled with Skybright Foil (GLF-015).
Assemble card.
Embellish with Glaze 'N Glue and Crystal Stars.

Card #2 - Wish Big

Card Measurements:

White Top Fold Card Base: 3 1/2" x 5 1/2" (3 1/2" x 11", scored at 5 1/2")

Crumb Cake Panel: 3" x 5"

Jelly Bean Green Embossed Panel: 2 3/4" x 4 3/4"

Sweet Mango Strip: 3" x 3/4"

Balloons: 1 3/4" x 1 7/8"

Foiled Sentiment Strip: 1 15/16" x 9/16"

Steps to Create Card:

Create White Tall & Skinny Top Fold Card Base measuring: 3 1/2" x 5 1/2" (3 1/2" x 11", scored at 5 1/2").
Cut Crumb Cake Panel measuring: 3" x 5".
Cut Jelly Bean Green Panel measuring: 2 3/4" x 4 3/4". Emboss panel using Plaster 3D Embossing Folder (E3D-103).
Cut Sweet Mango Strip measuring: 3" x 3/4".
Die Cut 3 Balloons using Mylar Balloons (S4-1349) with Sweet Corn, Sweet Mango and Ocean Mist card stock. Add ink blending to top layer of balloons with Sweet Mango, Sweet Corn and Ocean Mist ink.
Glimmer "Wish Big" using Birthday Sentiments (GLP-437) foiled with Skybright Foil (GLF-015).
Assemble card.
Embellish with Crystal Stars.
