A NEW month means NEW CLUB KITS over at Spellbinders! Today I'm sharing the NEW July 2024 Stencil of the Month Club Kit. If you are not already a subscriber of the Stencil of the Month Club, registration is NOW open and can be found HERE.

The NEW Stencil of the Month is called, Sprigs & Bow (SOM-JUL24). This is a 5 piece stencil plus a mask for the bow. Love the versatility of this set and for my sample I just used the 3 stencils to create a sprigs background. I paired it with the beautiful poinsettias from the Skating into the Holidays Small Die of the Month (DOM-JUL24) and a sentiment from the Joyful Holiday Glimmer of the Month (GOM-JUL24) foiled with Red Foil (GLF-007).

Card Measurements:

White A2 Top Fold Card Base: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2")

Red Hot Scallop Frame: 4" x 5 1/4" (outside) and 3 1/4" x 4 1/4" (inside)

White Stenciled Panel: 3 1/2" x 4 3/4"

Vellum Strip: 4" x 1 1/4"

Foiled Sentiment: 2" x 7/8"

Steps to Create Card:

Create White A2 Top Fold Card Base measuring: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2").
Die Cut Red Hot Scallop Rectangle Frame measuring: 4" x 5 1/4" (outside) using Heartfelt Thanks & Scallop (S5-616) and 3 1/4" x 4 1/4" (inside) using Precision Layering A2 A (S5-487).
Take White A2 Panel measuring: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" and use Sprigs & Bow Stencil of the Month (SOM-JUL24) with Jelly Bean Green and Fresh Asparagus ink. For berries use Red Velvet Glitz Glitter Gel. Set panel aside to dry. Once dried, trim panel to measure: 3 1/2" x 4 3/4".
Cut Vellum Strip measuring: 4" x 1 1/4". You will wrap this strip around stenciled panel and attach from the back to hide adhesive.
Die Cut Floral Elements using Skating into the Holidays Small Die of the Month (DOM-JUL24) with Red Hot and Fresh Asparagus card stock. Add ink blending highlights to poinsettias with Red Velvet & Charcoal Brown and Fresh Asparagus to the Pine Sprigs.
Foil "Joy" Sentiment using Joyful Holiday Glimmer of the Month (GOM-JUL24) foiled with Red Foil (GLF-007). Die Cut with coordinating die.
Assemble card.
Embellish Poinsettia centers with Red Rhinestones.
