Today's card features the NEW Messy Marks Background stamp set from Creative Worship by Sweet 'N Sassy Stamps March 2024 Release. I also used a sentiment from the Birthday Guy stamp set. For embellishment I pulled out the Stars die set.

Card Measurements:

White A2 Top Fold Card Base: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2")

Charcoal Brown Mat: 3 7/8" x 5 1/8" - Precision Layering A2 B

Red Hot Panel: 3 3/4" x 5" - Precision Layering A2 A

Charcoal Brown Long Rectangle Mat: 1 5/8" x 3 7/8" - Master Layout 1

Red Hot Long Rectangle Panel: 1 1/2" x 3 3/4" - Master Layout 1

Charcoal Brown Mat: 2 1/4" x 3 1/2" - Precision Layering A2 B

White Panel: 2 1/8" x 3 3/8" - Precision Layering A2 A

Charcoal Brown Stars: 1 1/8" (large) and 7/8" (small) - Stars Die Set

Steps to Create Card:

Create White A2 Top Fold Card Base measuring: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2").
Die Cut Charcoal Brown Mat measuring: 3 7/8" x 5 1/8" using Precision Layering A2 B.
Cut Red Hot A2 Panel measuring: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2". Ink blend outer edges with Red Hot, Red Velvet and a very light hand of Charcoal Brown. Then stamp the Messy Marks Background stamp using Charcoal Brown Ink. I used a stamp positioner as I had to stamp a few times for a perfect stamped image.
Die Cut Red Hot stamped panel to measure: 3 3/4" x 5" using Precision Layering A2 A. Touch up any ink blending if needed. Add white paint splatter for texture. Let dry.
Die Cut Charcoal Brown Long Rectangle Mat measuring: 1 5/8" x 3 7/8" using Master Layout 1.
Die Cut Red Hot Long Rectangle Panel measuring: 1 1/2" x 3 3/4" using Master Layout 1. Add a little ink blending with trio of colors used on main stamped panel.
Die Cut Charcoal Brown Rectangle Mat measuring: 2 1/4" x 3 1/2" using Precision Layering A2 B.
Die Cut White Rectangle Panel measuring:2 1/8" x 3 3/8" using Precision Layering A2 A. Stamp sentiment from Birthday Guy stamp set with Charcoal Brown ink.
Die Cut Charcoal Brown from Stars using the Stars die set.
Assemble card.
Embellish with Brown Hemp Cord and Red Enamel Dots.
