Steps to Create Card:

Create White A2 Top Fold Card Base measuring: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2").
Die Cut Partly Cloudy Mat measuring: 4" x 5 1/4" using Precision Layering A2 B.
Die Cut Floral Pattern Paper Panel measuring: 3 7/8" x 5 1/8" using Precision Layering A2 A.
Cut Partly Cloudy Strip Mat measuring: 2 1/4" x 5 1/8".
Cut Floral Pattern Paper Strip Panel measuring: 2 1/8" x 5 1/8".
Die Cut White Stitched Panel measuring: 2 7/16" x 3 11/16" using Stitched Rectangle Die Set. Stamp sentiment at the bottom with Morning ink.
Die Cut Yellow Polka Dot Pattern Paper with Scallop Border Die measuring:3 11/16" x 7/16".
Die Cut Partly Cloudy Circle measuring: 1 15/16".
Die Cut 2 Butterfly from Made New Die Set using Vellum and Yellow Polka Dot Pattern Paper.
Assemble Card.
Embellish with 1/2" Yellow Satin Ribbon and Blue Rhinestones.
