It's time for us to share the next Hues of Color over at the Color Hues Challenge Blog! The colors that have been chosen for you to create with are Cream and Blue for the next two weeks! We can't wait to see how you are inspired!

 

Here's my take...

 

My card features Sweet 'N Sassy Stamps NEW Dearest Friend stamp stamp set along with a sentiment from the NEW The Lord is Near stamp set from the March 2024 Release.

 

Card Measurements:

Ivory A2 Top Fold Card Base: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2")

Denim Blue Mat: 3 3/4" x 5"

Ivory Stamped Panel: 3 5/8" x 4 7/8"

Vellum Panel: 3 1/8" x 4 3/8"

Denim Blue Circle Mat: 2 3/8"

Ivory Stitched Circle: 2 1/4"

 

Steps to Create Card: 

• Create Ivory/Cream A2 Top Fold Card Base measuring: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2").
• Die Cut Blue Denim Mat measuring: 3 3/4" x 5" using Master Layout 1 Die.
• Cut Ivory/Cream A2 Panel measuring: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" and randomly stamp floral images from Dearest Friend stamp set with Blue Denim ink. Trim panel down by die cutting to to 3 5/8" x 4 7/8" using Master Layout 2. 
• Cut Vellum Panel measuring: 3 1/8" x 4 3/8".
• Die Cut Blue Denim Circle measuring 2 3/8" using Circles Die Set. 
• Stamp sentiment from The Lord is Near stamp set using Blue Denim ink on Ivory/Cream card stock. Die Cut with a Stitched Circle die measuring 2 1/4" using Stitched Circles 2 Die Set.
• Assemble card.
• Embellish with Natural Cord and Sparkling Clear Sequins.
