The February 2024 Small Die of the Month is called Rain Boot Bouquet (DOM-FEB24). As soon as I saw the die I knew I wanted to make yellow polka dot rain boots and dug in my stash of paper pads and found these beautiful papers in the Bright Blooms 6x6 paper pad.

Card Measurements:

White A2 Top Fold Card Base: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2")

Floral Pattern Paper A2 Panel: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2"

Vellum Panel: 3 1/4" x 4 1/2"

White Postage Edge Panel: 2 7/8" x 4 1/8"

Boots: 2" x 2 1/2" approx

White Sentiment Strip: 3" x 3/8"

Steps to Create Card:

Create White A2 Top Fold Card Base measuring: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2").
Die Cut Floral Panel using Precision Layering A2 A (S5-487) measuring: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2".
Cut Vellum Panel measuring: 3 1/4" x 4 1/2".
Die Cut White Postage Edge Panel using Postage Edge Rectangles (S5-487) measuring: 2 7/8" x 4 1/8".
Die Cut two Boots from Yellow Polka Dot Pattern Paper from the Bright Bloom 6x6 paper pad using Rain Boot Bouquet (DOM-FEB24).
Die Cut Floral pieces using Rain Boot Bouquet (DOM-FEB24) with White card stock. Ink blend pieces with Gina K. Designs Light/Medium & Dark Carnation, C&9 Buttercup/Sunflower and Gina K. Designs Jelly Bean Green/Fresh Asparagus inks. Assemble Florals.
Foil "Just Saying Hello" sentiment using All You Need Sentiments Glimmer Hot Foil Kit of the Month (GOM-NOV23) with Black Foil (GLF-010).
Assemble Card.
Embellish with yellow rhinestones (from my stash).
