It's time for us to share the next Hues of Color over at the Color Hues Challenge Blog! The colors that have been chosen for you to create with are Red and Pink for the next two weeks! We can't wait to see how you are inspired!

Here's my take...

I created a Valentine featuring Gina K. Designs NEW Hugs & Kisses Poly-Glaze Foiling Sheets along with yummy Red Glitter Cardstock from Your Paper Insider that was part of Box 5 (Fall 2023). This glitter cardstock is 300 gsm and die cuts like butter.

Card Measurements:

White A2 Top Fold Card Base: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2")

Poly-Glaze Sheet: 3 7/8" x 5 1/8"

White Frame: Outside: 3 1/4" x 4 1/2" and Inside: 2 3/4" x 4"

Red Glitter "LOVE" Letters: 5/8" x 1 3/8" (approx)

"You" Word Die: 3" x 7/8"

Red Glitter Hearts: 1/4"

Steps to Create Card:

Create White A2 Top Fold Card Base measuring: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2").
Foil A2 Poly-Glaze Hugs & Kisses Sheet with Bubblegum Fancy-Foil. Ink Blend panel with Bubblegum Pink ink.
Die Cut A2 Poly-Glaze Hugs & Kisses Sheet with Master Layout #1 to measure: 3 7/8" x 5 1/8.
Die Cut "LOVE" letters using Love Caps die. You will need 3 of each letter, 2 white and 1 Red Glitter. You will stack and glue them together for added dimension.
Die Cut 2 White "YOU" from the Ornate Love You die. Stack and glue them together.
Die Cut 3 White Frames using A2 Frame die. Stack and glue them together. No frame die, use two rectangle dies to create your own (Outside: 3 1/4" x 4 1/2" and Inside: 2 3/4" x 4").
Die Cut 5 Littler Red Glitter Hears from Heart Circle die for embellishments. These are popped up with tiny pieces of foam tape (optional).
Assemble Card.
