It's time for us to share the next Hues of Color over at the Color Hues Challenge Blog! The colors that have been chosen for you to create with are Green and Copper for the next two weeks! We can't wait to see how you are inspired!

 

Here's my take...

 

I created a Thank You card featuring the Botanical Duo & Thanks and Shadow dies from Gina K. Designs. The background was created with the Gauze Background stamp.

Card Measurements:

White A2 Top Fold Card Base: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2")

Green Mat: 3 3/4" x 5" - Master Layout 1

White (Ink Blended Panel): 3 5/8" x 4 7/8" - Master Layout 2

Vellum Strip: 5" x 1 1/2"

Thanks: 2 1/2" x 1 1/8"

 

Steps to Create Card:

• Create White A2 Top Fold Card Base measuring: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2").
• Die Cut Fresh Asparagus Panel using Smallest Rectangle in Master Layout 1 measuring: 3 3/4" x 5". Ink Blend outer edges to make a little darker with Fresh Asparagus ink.
  
• Die Cut White Panel using Largest Rectangle in Master Layout 2. Take Panel and ink blend with a combination of Jelly Bean Green and Fresh Asparagus ink.
• Stamp Ink Blended Panel with Guaze Background Stamp using Fresh Asparagus ink. 
• Die Cut 3 White Botanical Sprigs using Botanical Duo.
• Die Cut "Thanks" using Thanks and Shadow.
• Cut Vellum Strip measuring: 5" x 1 1/2".
  
• Assemble Card.
• Embellish with Jewels.
