Red Sentiment Circle: 2 1/2"
My second card features the NEW Adorning the Trees 3D Embossing Folder from the 3D Embossing Club! I started off by embossing a green panel and then lightly ink blending dark green ink. It's a great way to add a little something and make your panel pop. The sentiment is from the Essential Christmas Greetings Hot Foil Plate. For embellishment I added a few gold pearls.
Card Measurements:
White A2 Card Base: 5 1/2" x 4 1/4" (5 1/2" x 8 1/2", scored at 4 1/4")
Gold Mat: 4" x 5 1/4"
Green Embossed Panel: 5 1/8" x 3 7/8"
Gold Rectangle Mat: 3 5/8" x 2 3/8"
Green Sentiment Panel: 3 1/2" x 2 1/4"
Tip: For the gold mat I took a piece
of layering weight white card stock and took a VersaMark Embossing ink
pad direct to paper around the out edge and used gold embossing powder.
Great trick if you don't have any gold card stock in your stash or you are trying to match all the shades you are using on the card.
