I created a card featuring this months Layered Poinsettia Tree Small Die of the Month and Adorning The Trees 3D Embossing Folder of the Month.
I started off by creating my background panel with a piece of Pomegranate card stock and embossing it with the beautiful Adorning The Trees 3D Embossing Folder. It's hard to see in the photo but I did and a link ink blending to the outer edges to add a little texture.
Next I cut out the Layered Poinsettia Tree Small Die of the Month in both gold and white card stock. For a little added touch I lightly added ink to the poinsettia flower centers before assembly them. I love how versatile this set is and that you can assemble the tree with or without the outline piece. I think it looks so elegant without and love that you can still see the embossed detail behind it. For final touches I added the Joy banner in gold and a gold twine bow.
