Here's my take...
I created a Happy Spring card featuring the NEW Spring Hope stamp set from Sweet 'N Sassy Stamps Spring Release. I used the colors on the sweet bird along with the pattern papers I used from my stash. I love how the colors pop against the white background!

White A2 Top Fold Card Base: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2")
Kraft Mat: 3 5/8" x 4 7/8"
Stripe Pattern Paper Panel: 3 1/2" x 4 3/4"
Kraft Mat: 2 3/8" x 4 1/8"
Polka Dot Pattern Paper Panel: 2 1/4" x 4"
White Scallop Border: 1/2" x 4 1/8"
White Circle: 2 3/8"
