It's time for a NEW Release over at Spellbinders! Today we are introducing the NEW Showered With Love Collection by Vicky Papaioannou.
My card features the NEW Duck with Umbrella. Isn't she the cutest?! The sentiment is from the NEW I've Got You Covered stamp set with the coordinating die set. I used the Optical Arches Embossing folder to add a little texture to the background. For embellishment I added a few clear water droplets.
