Here's my take...
My card features the NEW Oopsie Daisy Layered stamp & coordinating dies from Kat Scrappiness Summer Vibes Release. The background stripes were created with the NEW Stitched Slimline Stripes die set. This is a great way to use up those scraps. The sentiment is from the Happy Day stamp set. All products used are linked below.

White A2 Top Fold Card Base: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2"
Stripes: Dark Blue: 1/2" x 5 1/2", Light Blue: 1/4" x 5 1/2", Green & Navy Blue: 1/8" x 5 1/2"
