Nothing is more encouraging than letting a person know they are AMAZING! This sentiment is from the My Thoughts of You stamp set from Sweet 'N Sassy Stamps. The sub sentiment is from their Sentimental Wordfetti stamp set.
The rainbow on my card was created with a nested circle die set. I cut out a total of 6 circles in rainbow order. Before adhering them I cut them in half to create a rainbow. Next I placed it onto my card panel and trimmed it into place to have it tucked into the clouds. I saw this idea recently and had to give it a try. The back panel is ink blended along with the outer edges of the clouds. For embellishment I added a few Clear Dew Drops. All the supplies used are listed below.
