Here's a closer look at the two cards I shared in today's Release post over on the KS blog!

My first card is a FUN shaker featuring the NEW Layered Balloon Cover Plate, Birthday Essentials die set, Happy Birthday w/Shadow die, and Birthday Essentials 6x8 Paper. For the shaker bits I used the dots from the party hat that I cut out using the four colors I pulled out from the pattern paper so they would coordinate perfectly. I did add a little sparkle with a few confetti sequins.

Card Measurements:

White A2 Card Base: 5 1/2" x 4 1/4" (5 1/2" x 8 1/2", scored at 4 1/4")

White Layered Balloon Cover Plate Panel: 5 1/2" x 4 1/4"

Acetate Panel: 5 1/4" x 4"

Pattern Paper Panel: 5 1/4" x 4"

For my second card I created a CAS (clean and simple) card featuring the balloons from the NEW Birthday Essentials die set along with a sentiment from the Happy Day stamp set. The rainbow background was created with 1" strips of Red, Orange, Yellow, Green & blue card stock from my stash that I first attached to a piece of copy paper before cutting out with the Never Ending Rectangles die set.
