Here's my take...
I pulled out the A Little Hello Stencil Bundle from Gina K. Designs and did a little stenciling and stamping with shades of aqua & black. I used Sea Glass and Tranquil Teal for the flowers and Soft Stone and Stormy Sky for the leaves. The flower centers were stamped with Black Onyx and the sentiment with Amalgam Obsidian. For embellishment I added a few Dazzling Diamond Rhinestones.
Card Measurements:
A2 Top Fold Card Base: 4 18/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2")
Black Mat: 3 5/8" x4 7/8"
White Stitched Panel: 3 1/2" x 4 3/4"
