Here's my take...
For my card I pulled out a few Oxide ink pads (Peacock Feathers, Wilted Violet & Seadless Preserves) and created this back ground on a piece of Bristol Smooth Paper). Once the panel was dry I used a few stamp sets from Gina K. Designs (Love At All Times, Magnificent Moths & Incredibly Grateful). There are coordinating dies sets also available and I have linked them below in case your interested.
Card Measurements:
White A2 Top Fold Card Base: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2")
Black Mat: 3 5/8" x 4 7/8" - Master Layouts 2 Die Set
White (Bristol Paper) Stitched Panel: 3 1/2" x 4 3/4" - Master Layouts 2 Die Set
