Here's my take...
I created a CAS (clean and simple) Valentine featuring the NEW Happy Mail and Background Builders: Stripes stamp sets from Sweet 'N Sassy Stamps. I love how the stripes draw your eyes to the heart focal point. I did add a little sparkle to the paper airplane image with a Spectrum Noir sparkle pen.
I also stamped the inside...

(Happy Mail stamp set)
Card Measurements:
Red A2 Top Fold Card Base: 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" (4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2")
White Layer: 4" x 5 1/4"
Red Heart: 2 3/8"
White Heart: 1 7/8"
