To create the scallop shape I pulled out my Scallop Square Grand Dies by Spellbinders (retired). Cut 2 of the shapes out, take 1 of them and score a line approximately 1/4" from the top to create a hinge, you will then add strong adhesive to the scored piece and attached the two pieces together to create a card base. This can be used for any shape.
Card Measurements:
Scallop Card Base: 4 1/2" x 4 1/2"
Blue Mat: 4" x 4"
Pattern Paper Layer: 3 15/16" x 3 15/16"
Blue Circle Mat: 3 3/4"
White Stitched Circle Panel: 3 1/2"
