Today I have a fun card to share featuring the previously released Be The Rainbow stamp set from Gina K. Designs! With all that is going on right now I thought that we could all use a little something to brighten up our day!
I picked a pastel color pallet (Dusty Rose, Sweet Mango, Sweet Corn, Ocean Mist, & Lovely Lavender) to create my rainbow background using the small rainbow stamp from the set. I then stamped a sentiment and added a few coordinating hearts before popping up on the card. I also added a layer of vellum behind the rainbow panel and sentiment.

White A2 Card Base (4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2")
Vellum Layer: 4" x 5 1/4"
Card Stock Layer (Stamped): 3 3/4" x 5"
Vellum Circle Mat: 2 1/2"
