Gina K. Designs: February 2019 Release Blog Hop - Day 2


Welcome to the second day of the Gina K. Designs February 2019 Release blog hop.  The release is now available and can be found in the store HERE.

Today we are featuring To The Moon And Back and Wonderful World stamp sets illustrated by Hannah Schroepfer. Both of these sets have coordinating dies available.

My first card features Hannah's NEW To The Moon And Back stamp set.  To create my background I started with a piece of In The Navy card stock and ink blended Edible Eggplant and In The Navy ink.  I added the splatters with watered down white paint.  I stamped the moon with the new Soft Stone ink and embossed with the new Puffy White embossing powder to add dimension.  The sentiment and wood star veneers are embossed with white embossing powder.  I had a lot of fun with this one!
 
My second card features the NEW Wonderful World stamp set. I started by stamping and embossing the floral image and using copic markers to color.  I then cut out the floral piece and globe base using the coordinating die set.  For the sentiment I did a little stamp surgery but if you are uncomfortable cutting your stamps you can easily mask them off before inking them.
