There's still time to join us for the Curtain Call Inspiration Challenge: Frosting!
You have until May 25th at 8:00 AM CDT to be inspired and share your project!
The LEAD of this challenge will be invited to be a guest designer in an upcoming challenge!
------------------
I'm back with my second take...
I was inspired by the soft colors and the swirls in the frosting! To recreate the softness of the frosting I watercolored a single flower from the Mason Jar Bouquet stamp set by Sweet 'N Sassy Stamps. I've been having a lot of fun playing around with my new set of Crayola Fine Line Markers. I then created the background by embossing a line a 1/4" apart across the panel using my Scor-Buddy. I loved how CAS this turned out.
Supplies:
Paper: Pure Luxury Card Stock: Innocent Pink (Gina K. Designs), White CS (Recollections), Bristol Smooth (Strathmore); Stamps: Mason Jar Bouquet (Sweet 'N Sassy Stamps); Ink: VersaMark & Black (Simon Says Stamps); Coloring Medium: Crayola Fine Line Markers; Tools: Simply Scallops Medium (Die-Namics), Embossing Heat Tool, Scor-Buddy, Paper Trimmer (Fiskars), Big Shot (Sizzix); Other: Fine Detail White Embossing Powder (Gina K.
