Seize the Birthday Challenge

It's time for a NEW challenge over at

This week we are adding a special topping to use STITCHING...Faux or Real!!  Remember that toppings are totally OPTIONAL so it is up to you!!
 
For my card this week I reached for some of my dies from Lil' Inker Designs that are just perfect for this challenge...they have that fun stitched design. 

Supplies:
