Seize the Birthday Challenge

This week I was inspired to create a CAS card using the current sketch over at Seize the Sketch.

 Supplies:
Paper: Neenah Classic Crest Solar White CS, The Sweetest Thing - Lavender 6x6 Pad; Stamps: Communique Curves Sentiment (Papertrey); Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black; Tools: Simply Scallops Medium (Die-Namics), Sentiment Flag (Lil' Inkers), Corner Rounder; Other: Brad, Rhinestones, Foam Tape
