The Pink Elephant Challenge #195 / Sugar Sticks Girl with Kite

  This weeks Challenge theme is:
"Paper Piecing"

This weeks card features a stamp called Sugar Sticks Girl with a Kite from By LORi Designs.  I used the rubber stamp that can be found over in the BLD Etsy Shop {HERE}.  It's also available in digi {HERE}.

Paper piecing is a fun technique...it can be used with either stamps or digi's.  It's a great way to coordinate your image with your project.   I ended up paper piecing her outfit and kite.

 Supplies:
Paper: Neenah Classic Crest Solar White CS, Orange Zest CS (Papertrey), Lime Twist, Fly A Kite 6x6 Pad (My Minds Eye); Stamps: Sugar Sticks Girl with a Kite (By LORi Designs); Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black; Coloring Medium: Copic Markers; Tools: Classic Circle Nestabilities (Spellbinders), Fishtail Flags Stax (Die-Namics); Other: Button, Twine, Foam Tape

I also played along with:

 BLD44--Spring

SSSC182

  2. She is SO cute, Sheri! I love the papers (one of my favorite packs) and the kite popping up out of the circle is really fun. Fabulous!
